Account Troubleshooting

Our 7-day trial gives you time to get a feel for FinancialFit. However, we understand that things come up. If you haven't had time to make use of your trial, please contact us so we can help.

Select the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. The site will email you a link to reset your password.

To update your email address, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

You may want to double-check your subscription expiration date (see How do I know when my subscription will end?). If you've double checked your subscription is active and you're still having login issues, please contact us.

To cancel your subscription, log in to your account and do the following:

1. Click on Manage Subscriptions

2. Click on the Subscriptions tab and select the product you want to cancel

3. Click Cancel Subscription

4. Select a cancellation reason and click Next

We want to help make sure you are happy with FinancialFit. If you need to make a change, please contact us so we can help.

If you purchase FinancialFit and decide it's not right for you in the first 30 days, please contact us so we can help.

If you were gifted FinancialFit, you should have recieved an email with information on how to redeem your gift card. If you have your unique code handy, you can go directly to https://financialfit.com/products/redeem-gift-card to complete your activation. If you cannot locate the email that was sent to you, please reach out to us directly for support.

FinancialFit is available in American English at this time.

FinancialFit does not give individualized financial advice but teaches you how to engage with others on financial topics and make better decisions on your own.

At this time, each person has their own account, but we do have plans for partner-shared accounts.

Lessons

We appreciate you seeing what may be an incorrect answer in our study guides. Please contact us with as much information as you can share, and we'll take a look.

FinancialFit works best with the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge. If you are using one of those browsers and have found an issue in a lesson, please contact us so we can look into it.

At this time, all of our online lessons and practice activities you can use anytime you want, as often as you want during your subscription. One-on-one instruction is not a part of our subscription offering at this time.

We have big ideas for FinancialFit but would also love to hear yours. If you have a suggestion for a topic that we should add, please contact us to let us know

FinancialFit's topics are organized by lessons. You can see all the topics on the "Lesson Library" page. From there, you can go to the Lesson's overview page where you can see all the lessons covered in that topic. You can view them all in the order recommended, skip a topic, or go directly to a topic of interest. We are adding more lessons and topics all the time. Look at the "New" page to see what has been recently added.

Payments & Billing

To update your billing information, log in to your account and do the following:

1. Click the billing information tab to see the current payment method and billing address.

2. Click on the billing address to update your billing information, or click on the card on file to update your payment method.

We accept a variety of credit cards along with Google Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal.

You will be charged based on the subscription plan you picked. You will not be charged for the 7-day trial. After that, you will be charged once per year if you chose the annual plan, or on a monthly basis if you picked the monthly subscription.

FinancialFit takes security and your privacy seriously. Shopify, who processes our credit card transactions, is certified Level 1 PCI DSS, which is the highest it gets. You can read more about their security measures here: https://www.shopify.com/security/pci-compliant

The best way to save on FinancialFit is to purchase a year-long subscription. Occasionally we will run additional special offers. When we do, you'll find them on our website.

The charge will apppear as SP*FinancialFit

You will receive an email notification with your order confirmation and receipt upon purchase.

Also, after you log in to our site, you will be able to see all of your orders. While you're here, you can confirm that your credit card information and email address are correct, too.

Currently, we do not offer the option to pause your subscription.

After your 7-day trial period ends, your card will be charged the amount of whichever subscription plan you pick. None of your progress will be lost, and there will be no gaps in your ability to use the site.

Technical Support

FinancialFit works on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

An app version of FinancialFit will be coming soon. In the meantime, FinancialFit is optimized for a mobile phone experience.

For the best experience, cookies are recommended. To stay logged in, cookies must be turned on. Without cookies, you may miss out on time-saving features like personalization, but the site will work in a simpler way.
